Our Nutrition Consultations are based around holistic principles and philosophies. We offer one-on-one dietary and lifestyle consultations that focus on detoxification and herbal medicine. We will discuss your current food choices and lifestyle habits, then decide on a plan to reverse your ailments and return to a state of optimal health. Our approach is gradual, and is meant to make continuous small but manageable changes throughout your course of transformation. In addition to dietary recommendations, we will discuss exercise, lymphatic drainage, circulation, safe hygiene and beauty products-- all of which are designed to compliment your transformation and enhance your well being.


What are some preventative measures I can take?

  • Brush with a fluoride toothpaste

  • Use a soft-bristled toothbrush after each meal

  • Floss daily before bedtime

  • Use an oral rinse after flossing

  • Avoid sugary foods, coffee, and tobacco
